About Me

Nice to meet ya!  My name is Aileen, but most people call me Ai (pronounced “eye”). I am a follower of Christ, a wife to a wonderful, godly man and a mother to 5 beautiful children. Before having children, I worked in a high-stress environment within the corporate world and gladly left it to stay at home with my children.

I believe that ultimately, everything belongs to God, and what we may claim to be our own are, in reality, gifts from Him.  My desire is to be a better steward of all the gifts God has given me, from the money in my bank account to the number of hours in my day, from this house I call home to the precious people in my home.

I would love to hear from you!  If you have any questions, comments or suggestions on future post topics, please fill out the form below.  Your message will go directly to my inbox.  Thanks for visiting!

    1. Yes, I agree. We’re trying to tackle our closets, but just one at a time as well. It’s crazy how much we’ll keep but never use! I love your blog, by the way! Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you come back again!

  1. Thanks, Less to More, for following us. We’re glad to have you on our journey, especially because you, too, are trying not to simply simplify, but to concentrate on the purpose of our lives. It’ll be great learning together!

  2. I love the ethos of your blog and aspire to embrace those values and pass them onto my children. It’s often easier said than done so I’m looking forward to following your blog and being inspired. Thanks you so much for visiting my blog today and for your comment. It means a lot.

  3. Wow, believe it or not, Im in the process of deciding to go through the path you went through – leaving my stressful job to focus on my family. Blessing to have you around! Looking forward to read more from you 🙂

    1. Aww, thanks! It was taken during a luncheon with some friends. Glad I found it. The other choice would’ve been a bad selfie with kids hanging all over me … that probably would’ve been more accurate. 🙂
